Refunds & Returns Policy

LIABILITY and PeopleDynamics Learning Inc.ʼs liability is limited to product replacement or refund upon proof of purchase and acceptance of explanation by us of refund request. We assume no liability for damages, loss of earnings or injury that may result from the products, services, information, instruction, and advice provided on this website.
You, the visitor, assume all liability.

Specific products may have specific guarantees or conditions attached which will be clearly indicated for each product.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT POLICY and PeopleDynamics Learning Inc. will, at its discretion, allow for the return or replacement of any defective product within 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days all sales are final.

If you experience difficulty accessing or downloading your purchased product, then help is available – please contact us for support. After 30 days all sales are final.

Individual products may, at our discretion, have a more extensive money-back guarantee which will be noted on a product-by-product basis.

Please note that refunds and payment terms for live events, including internet-only events such as webinars as well as on-site events or workshops, are different and will be made available to interested parties on an event-by-event basis.

You may cancel your recurring billing subscription products at any time.
A refund on a recurring billing product will also result in a cancellation of the subscription itself.
If you request a cancellation for their recurring billing product no future rebills will be charged to your account. Keep in mind, a cancellation will not generate a refund – it will only stop any future rebills.
